GENERAL

L'entrepôt d'Anvers is a web store, with its headquarters in Ekeren, VAT BE0462476204 We sell second hand furniture pieces, mostly, made in the second half of the 20th century.

These general conditions apply to all sales through L'entrepôt d'Anvers and exclude the application of any different, general or specific conditions or terms of the buyer. No waiver or modification of these terms and conditions of sale shall be binding on L'entrepôt d'Anvers unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of L'entrepôt d'Anvers.

L'entrepôt d'Anvers compiles their website and range with the greatest care. Nevertheless, it is possible that the information provided contains errors or is not up to date. The colors of the images may vary slightly from the actual colors of the products. If you have any questions about size, color, availability or delivery options, please do not hesitate to contact L'entrepôt d'Anvers.

 

PRICE

Each product is shown including VAT (For the second-hand furniture, special arrangement - used goods, margin scheme applies). Shipping, reservation or other costs can be requested by e-mail (an@lentrepotdanvers.be) or by phone (+32479084266). The prices indicated refer to the product as described in the accompanying text. Photos are decorative and may include decorative elements not included in the price.

Shipping costs depend on the products chosen (size and/or number of furniture or home accessories) and the delivery address (home, in Belgium or internationally). Customers outside Belgium are asked to send an e-mail (an@lentrepotdanvers.be) to arrange delivery. L'entrepôt d'Anvers will inform them of the delivery charges before any online payments would be processed.

If the delivery address is outside the European Union, please note that shipments are always subject to an inbound tax. Unfortunately, L'entrepôt d'Anvers cannot calculate the exact amount of this tax in advance, as they are different for each country. You can find out the VAT amount from the customs office in your country.

Special offers are only valid during the period as mentioned on the website related to this special offer.

 

PAYMENT

Orders can be paid in the following ways:
- Cash on collection/delivery.
- Payment via Payconiq QR code (smartphone is required).
- Payment via QR code of the Bankcontact app (max. €250).
- Payment in advance via bank transfer.

 

DELIVERY

All products can be picked up in person at our L'entrepôt d'Anvers shop in Ekeren, or delivered via our personal and paid delivery service, unless otherwise stated. If you choose to pick up your purchases in person, you can pick up your order after making an appointment. You will receive all necessary information via email immediately after your order is confirmed. For our furniture, when choosing home delivery, you can pay in advance - via bank transfer - cash payment - payment via Payconiq QR code (smartphone is necessary) or pay via Bankcontact app (for purchases below € 250). After you have paid by bank transfer, we ask you to send us a proof of payment by email as soon as possible. Your order will only be processed after you have sent us a proof of payment via mail or Whatsapp.

If you do not live in Belgium, please send an email to an@lentrepotdanvers.be so we can arrange delivery together. We will also inform you of the delivery charges before any payments are processed.


RETURN POLICY

L'entrepôt d'Anvers 's return policy is 14 days. This refers to sales outside the sales area (through the website) and not to sales inside the sales area (on site in one of our stores).

L'entrepôt d'Anvers will, if it falls within the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you as soon as possible what you paid for one or more of our products, but at the latest within 30 days after the product was returned. You are required to pay for the return delivery of the product.

In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased product. If you have purchased a custom product or a product with significant personalization, the 14-day return policy does not apply.

When returning a product:

- Are you required to keep the product in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition in its original packaging.

- May not have used the product, but you have the right to examine the condition of the product when it is delivered. If damage to a product is caused during your examination, the product is not eligible for the return policy.

We strongly recommend that you carefully inspect the goods upon arrival. If the product is not to your liking, our personal delivery service can take it back and you will receive a refund for your order (excluding shipping costs). If the products were delivered by another delivery company or 'DHL', please check the product when the company's courier is still present. If there is something wrong with the product, please note it with the delivery company.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data is treated confidentially by L'entrepôt d'Anvers.

The personal data is used to:
Process the order and payment and deliver the products to the correct delivery address.

Information will not be passed on to a third party.
